Customer Support & Tickets

For connection issues, subscription imports, orders, and refunds, submit a ticket through the user dashboard. Include the environment and steps you’ve tried so support can review the issue in context.

Channels & How They Work

The user dashboard ticket system is the contact channel for this page. Channels without a published contact address aren’t available for support.

User Dashboard Tickets

Use tickets for subscription, order, payment, and refund questions that require an account check, as well as connection issues where screenshots may help.

Response times depend on the complexity of your issue and the current support queue; no fixed turnaround is promised. Follow up in the same ticket and check replies in your dashboard.

Before You Submit

What to Include

Connection Issues & Subscription Imports

Include your platform, operating system and app version, network environment, selected region, and route type. Note where the issue occurs: getting the subscription, importing the configuration, connecting, or opening the destination site.

Include the exact error message or a screenshot with sensitive details hidden, and note whether the issue also occurs on other routes. Check the import steps in the Getting Started Guide, or visit the Servers page to learn about route types.

Orders, Data & Refunds

Include the relevant order number, plan name, payment method, and order status shown in your dashboard. If the status hasn’t updated after payment, explain the order in which you paid and checked the order to avoid paying for the same order again.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data add-ons stay available until used and never expire. The 30-day money-back guarantee is subject to the terms and request process in the Refund Policy.

After You Submit

After submitting a ticket, keep a brief record of the issue and add any new errors, test results, or status changes to the original ticket. Creating multiple tickets for the same issue can split up the troubleshooting history.

Order checks or reproducing an app issue may require follow-up. If you haven’t received a reply, check the ticket status in the ticket center. If you can’t log in right now, see the account and subscription information in the FAQ.

Plan terms are listed on the Plans & Pricing page. For detailed import, connection testing, and routine maintenance steps, see From Beginner to Advanced.
